Parents were required to come to their child’s classroom to collect the report cards. This policy was implemented to ensure direct communication between teachers and parents regarding students’ academic progress and behavior.

Each homeroom teacher explained the report card results one by one. The discussion included academic scores, practical skill competencies, and students’ attitudes during the semester. As a health vocational school, special attention was also given to practicum subjects such as Basic Nursing, Pharmacy,  Medical Laboratory Technology, and Design Visual Program.

Drs. Slamet Raharja, M.Pd. the Principal of SMK Kesehatan Bantul, stated that classroom-based distribution aims to strengthen the partnership between school and home. 

"We believe education is a collaboration. By meeting parents directly in the classroom, teachers can give more personal feedback and we can work together to support the students for the next semester," he said.

After receiving the report cards, students are now on semester break and will return for the 2026/2027 academic year in July 2026.
