The meeting focused on evaluating the learning process throughout the year, explaining the requirements for students to advance to the next grade, and clarifying the system for calculating report card scores.

 

In his opening remarks, Drs. Slamet Raharja, M.Pd, the School Principal, stated that this meeting was essential to ensure transparency and consistency in academic decisions.

 

The next session was delivered by Curriculum Affair, Nur Ikawati, M.Pd. She said that the evaluation would cover all aspects of teaching and learning, including curriculum implementation, student discipline, and learning outcomes, to identify what needed improvement for the next academic year.

She explained that clear standards for grade promotion were set, including minimum passing grades, attendance requirements, and the completion of all tasks and assessments.

She added that the calculation of report card grades would follow the agreed weighting system, combining daily assignments, mid-term and final examinations, to produce results that truly reflect students’ abilities.

 

The meeting proceeded smoothly and concluded after all points were discussed and agreed upon.
