PKL briefing was done only a day because the pre-PKL exam had been carried out previously. The pre-PKL exam was given by the teachers from each program. The material for PKL briefing was provided by the teachers from each program. Mrs. Yunita Sevina R., S.Kep, Ns. as the head of Health Support and Caregiver services program gave the guidance for her students. Apt. Erna Kusumawati, M.Farm and Sekar Wulan, S.Farm gave the guidance for students of Pharmacy students. Hendro Prayitno, S.Tr. Kes., M. Sc gave the guidance for the Laboratory Medic students program. Meanwhile, Medha Tamaya Utami, S.Pd gave the guidance for Design Visual program students.

Field Work Practice (PKL) places for  Health Support and Caregiver services, Pharmacy and Laboratory Medic programs were the health  centers (Puskesmas) around Bantul area. Meanwhile , Design Visual program students will be placed at OCIG studio, Kelik production , Mangrove Printing, and Jogja TV. The students received guidance about work practice activities at PKL places as mentioned before  . 

The teachers conveyed the rules on working at those health centers, including the work climate as well as everything must do related to PKL activities.
