Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) of the Creative Economy Ecosystem in the Visual Communication Design (DKV) Sub-Sector to SMK Kesehatan Bantul
To support the creative economic ecosystem in the environment vocational education as mandated in the Creative Economy Master Plan In 2026–2045, the DIY Tourism Office's Creative Economy Development Sector (Bidang Pengembangan Ekonomi Kreatif dan Pariwisata) made a visit to SMK Kesehatan Bantul as a focusmonitoring and evaluating the implementation of educational programs related to development of the creative economic ecosystem.
The visit was held on Wednesday, 28 January 2026 at principal's room of SMK Kesehatan Bantul. The team consisted of the Tourism Departement (Dinas Pariwisata) that were supervised by Diesta Noor
Shinta, M.Pd (kurator) and welcomed warmly by the principal of SMK Kesehatan Bantul, Curriculum staff and teachers of Visual Design program.
This activity also collected field data through observation, interviews and discussions with teachers and students; analyzing curriculum, infrastructure, and industrial support which are available; and assess the suitability of the competencies taught to needs job market in the creative economy sector. The results of monitoring and evaluation will be become the basis for strategic recommendations for improving the quality of vocational learning as well as strengthening collaboration between vocational schools and the creative industry ecosystem in the region .
Through monitoring and evaluation activities, it is hoped that this can be seen the level of alignment between vocational education and the needs of the creative economy industry, including synchronization effectiveness, provision readiness, infrastructure support, synergy with industrial partners, as well as the need for increased competence.
